MONTREAL, CANADA, January 26, 2021 – Hivestack, the global ad tech leader in programmatic digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising, today announced the appointment of Louis-Philippe Denis as Global Chief Legal and Privacy Officer. Bringing 20 years of experience in corporate law and privacy to Hivestack, Denis will report to Founder and CEO, Andreas Soupliotis.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Louis-Philippe and his incredible expertise to the Hivestack team,” commented Hivestack Founder and CEO, Andreas Soupliotis. “As we continue to scale our global footprint and see fundamental changes in digital advertising, our core focus remains following best practices in the move away from third-party cookie data. We’re proud to provide our clients with privacy compliant technology, which is why the role Louis-Philippe is taking on within our organization will be a critical one.”
“Programmatic DOOH has seen rapid adoption and unprecedented growth over the past year, said Louis-Philippe Denis. Not only is Hivestack constantly innovating and bringing leading products to market, but they are doing so with the utmost transparency. Hivestack currently works with all leading data partners globally and is adopting the best solution in a post-cookie world, so that it can continue to drive business outcomes for its clients and partners. I look forward to bringing my expertise to the team during this most important time.”
Prior to joining Hivestack, Denis was corporate counsel for the power division of Brookfield Asset Management, an alternative asset management company headquartered in Canada with over 500 billion dollars under asset management. He also worked for leading international law firm, Gowling WLG, as part of the financial services and corporate-commercial departments. Denis began his career as corporate counsel for a family owned multi-industry conglomerate based in the Maritime provinces.
After graduating with degrees in Common Law and Civil Law, he clerked for the NBCA Chief Justice. He also completed a professional program in business management from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
